The Pakistani exporters are advised to exercise caution and perform due diligence in entering into commercial transactions with the Australian importers. The best course is to the dispute avoidance through due diligence and unambiguous trade contracts including a clause related to dispute resolution.

There is no dedicated organisation in Australia for handling the trade disputes. All the commercial disputes are to be processed in the normal Australian legal system. The Consulate can assist the exporters by providing the list of legal experts specialising in commercial disputes.
