Police Khidmat Markaz Global Portal Services

Punjab Police has developed an online portal called Police Khidmat Markaz Global Portal for online processing of the applications for various Police-related services. The paper-based applications are not accepted anymore.

The following services are available through the Online Portal of Punjab Police

  1. Police Character Certificate
  2. General Police Verification (Employee Verification)
  3. Copy of FIR
  4. Tenants Registration
  5. Crime Report

Police Character Certificate

The following are the requirements for processing of Police Character Certificate:

  1. Documents may be submitted in person or through delivery mail/courier.
  2. The documents required are:
    • Application Form for PCC duly filled in and signed including statutory declaration, in block or capital letters;
    • Copies of valid NICOP/CNIC (front & back) (for Pakistanis only);
    • Copy of non-Pakistani passport / PR Card / landing paper / status abroad, if applicable;
    • Self-addressed Express/Registered Post envelope;
    • Two passport-size photographs of the applicant;
    • For non-Pakistani nationals, in addition to the above-mentioned requirements:
      1. A photocopy of the current passport, and
      2. A photocopy of the previous passport, on which the Pakistani visa was issued.
  3. Government / Semi-Government employees should apply along with an NOC obtained from the Head of Department of the parent department.
  4. Processing Time is approximately 2 weeks after completion of all the documents.
  5. Processing Fee
    • Processing fee is AUD 20.00 per document;
    • Fee may be paid through Postal Money Order in favour of “Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney” or EftPOS (bank charges apply) – all credit / debit cards, except American Express, are accepted;
    • No cash payment is accepted, and all payments are non-refundable.

National Status Verification

The following are the requirements for processing of National Status Verification:

  1. Personal Presence of the applicant at the Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney (a family member may represent the applicant with the applicant’s written consent)
  2. The documents required are:
    • Original valid NICOP/CNIC
    • Contact details in Pakistan

Tenant Registration

Tenant Registration

  1. Personal presence of the applicant at the Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney (a family member may represent the applicant with the applicant’s written consent)
  2. The documents required are:
    • Original valid NICOP/CNIC of house owner (overseas Pakistani)
    • CNIC of the tenant (local Pakistani resident)
    • Copy of the rent agreement
    • Photograph of the tenant
    • Contact details of both the owner and the tenant
    • Affidavit

Crime Report

The following are the requirements for processing of Crime Report:

  1. Personal Presence of the applicant at the Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney (a family member may represent the applicant with the applicant’s written consent)
  2. The document required is the original valid NICOP/CNIC

Copy of FIR

The following are the requirements for obtaining the copy of FIR:

  1. Personal presence of the applicant at the Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney (a family member may represent the applicant with the applicant’s written consent)
  2. The documents required are:
    • Original valid NICOP/CNIC of the applicant
    • FIR number and name of the Police Station in which FIR was registered

Employee Verification

The following are the requirements for processing of the Employee Verification:

  1. Personal Presence of the applicant at the Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney (a family member may represent the applicant with the applicant’s written consent)
  2. The documents required are:
    • Original valid NICOP/CNIC of the applicant
    • Contact details of the employee
