Pension / Life Certificate

The following conditions are applicable to the attestation of the Pension / Life Certificate:

1. The personal presence of the applicant at the Consulate.
2. The documents required are:
   • Original Pension document / Life Certificate required to be attested
   • Application Form for Attestation duly filled in and signed including statutory declaration
   • Applicant’s Original Pakistani / Australian Passport along with its copy
   • Applicant’s Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) along with its copy
   • One recent passport size photograph affixed on the application form
3. Documents can only be submitted in person
4. Usually, the attestation of documents is done the same day, if all the documents are complete and all the requirements are fulfilled.
5. There is no fee for attestation of Pension / Life Certificate
