Muhammad Sheryar Khan

Muhammad Sheryar Khan, the Deputy Consul General of Pakistan in Sydney, is a career Foreign Service diplomat with more than 13 years of experience working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During his diplomatic career spanning over 13 years, he has held following key positions::

2009-2010 Assistant Director Economic Diplomacy and FODP, MOFA
2012-2014 Deputy Chief of Protocol, MOFA
2014-2017 First Secretary, Embassy of Pakistan, Bucharest, Romania.
2017-2019 Director (General Services), MOFA Islamabad.
2020-Present Deputy Consul General (DCG) of Pakistan in Sydney.

He holds a master’s degree in international Relations from University of Baluchistan and Diploma in International Diplomacy from Clingendael – the Netherlands Institute of International Relations, The Hague.
