Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tours via Phangantrip.com as they set out our respective rights and obligations.

Every booking through our website means that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms unconditionally together with our policy and any other written information we brought to your attention Once we confirm your booking, a contract is made between ‘Phangantrip.com’ and you upon the terms and conditions set out below.

Booking your trip and payment details

• To make a booking please follow the procedure shown on our website or reach out via contact information, our staff are ready to help you with any questions or remarks you might have.
• We will only confirm your booking once we have received full payment, in case that we didn’t get any payment is mean that booking is not confirmed
• After the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via our contact information.
• We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then please let us know to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for.
• If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party. you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your booking, notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required, and keeping your party informed. By booking on behalf of others, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the Phangantrip.com will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.

Change & Cancellation Policy

• All tours must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the tour by specifying the booking number to us, the customer will be refunded in full. In case that cancellation within 24 hours, we reserve the right to not refund.
• Should the tour operator cancel the tour any time prior to the tour, the customer will be offered the tour on another day or offered a 100% refund of the purchase price.
• All changes to a tour (e.g. tour date, destinations) is free of charge and must be communicated latest 18.00 the day before the tour by specifying the booking number, an updated information will be sent to the customer shortly via email

National Park Fee & Transfer fee

• National parks are protected areas and national park’s fees are collected by the Thai government for maintenance of the areas. Everyone who visits the national parks must pay without any exception.
• National park’s fees are not included in any of the tours offered by Phangantrip.com, which must be paid and responsible by the customer.

Pregnant woman, Children and elderly

• Pregnant women are mostly not allowed on the tour, please check with our staff via contact information prior to making any booking. Should Phangantrip.com refuse access to the tour due to pregnancy, no refund is applicable.
• Children under 1 years old and persons over 70 years old are not allowed on any speedboat tour. Should Phangantrip.com refuse access to the tour due to the age limits, no refund is applicable.

Food & Medical Condition

• All the tours are provided with a meal – options for Halal and vegetarian food are available. If you have any dietary requirements, please notify our staff via our contact information.
• You must inform us of any medical conditions that require any attention before your tour.
